Dr. Emmanuel Navon is a university lecturer, author, news commentator and public speaker specialized in foreign affairs.
He is the Director of the Political Science and Communications Department at the Jerusalem Orthodox College, is a Senior Fellow at the Kohelet Policy Forum, teaches International Relations at Tel-Aviv University and at theInterdisciplinary Center Herzliya, and is an international news analyst and commentator for I24News.
He was previously a managing partner with the Navon-Levy Group (a business consultancy that promoted Israeli development projects in Africa), a consultant for Arttic Israel (advising Israeli companies on obtaining R&D funding from the European Union), a senior fellow at the Institute for Policy and Strategy (IDC Herzliya), and a fellow at the Shalem Center.
Dr. Navon is the author of books and articles that have appeared in prestigious journals and newspapers, and he is regularly interviewed for his insights on international affairs in TV and radio programs and newspapers.
He graduated in Public Administration from Sciences-Po Paris and earned his Ph.D. in International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Emmanuel Navon is married to Sima Herzfeld, a US-born health practitioner and cooking teacher. They live in Efrat, Israel, with their four children. He is fluent in English, French, and Hebrew, and he is conversant German.
